This is another Variation of my pasta recipe with minced meat . I guess all those who like minced meat and spaghetti will love this. Cook your spaghetti last and have it warm with the minced meat or you can toss them up both together with a little bit of olive oil.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Packet spaghetti
  • 250-300 grams minced meat
  • olive oil
  • 1 and 1/2 cup Tomato pulp
  • 2 table spoon curry powder
  • 2 table spoon paprika powder
  • Curry leaves
  • 1 table spoon cumin powder
  • 1 0nion
  • 3-4 pieces garlic
  • A Small piece ginger
  • salt

Procedure

In hot boiling water out the spaghetti along with some salt and oil. Let it boil for about 10 minutes and immediately drain the hot water and hold the strainer with the spaghetti under the cold water direct from the tap under few seconds. Don’t break the spaghetti into two or follow instructions on the packet as how to cook. Stir fry the finely chopped onions in olive oil. Add minced meat little by little and mix well with onions. Add salt to taste. Keep it closed for it to cook well. In the mean time while it is cooking prepare the spices, curry powder, paprika powder and cumin powder by mixing them with a little bit of water. If you want it hot and spicy add more curry powder and chilies powder instead of paprika powder.

Now add the curry leaves then the mixed spices and stir well. Next add the ginger, garlic paste, the cinnamon and cloves too. When it is well cooked last of all add the tomato pulp, mix well and let it simmer on slow fire for a while. Please note that the minced meat should not be dry.  There should be a thick sauce when it is done. You can have them separately in  two plates and serve while eating or mix them together by tossing them in a pan with a little bit of olive oil. I like it tossed up in a pan with a little bit of olive oil.  Enjoy you delicious meal.
